Stuff about 2 to 3 grams of Dragon Well tealeaves into each etamine or yarn bag of 6 cm long and 6 cm wide. Then, seal the bags, and infuse them with boiled water. After the tea infusion cools off, sink the Dragon Well tea bags in the cup and keep them in the refrigerating room in a fridge for future use. Every day, you can fetch two frozen tea bags to coldly compress on your eyes when you take a nap or before you go to sleep for 20 to 30 minutes.
